AMAZING!!!
What an unforgettable experience at Secrets Moxche. My fiancé and I were in the impressions building and AMAZING doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. From the service, to the quality of the hotel rooms- we loved every minute of it! We actually got engaged on the Sky Deck, and thanks to our concierge, Mary Cruz, and our 2 butlers, Allyson and Adilene, everything happened perfectly! Mary Cruz had been working with my fiancé for months on planning the perfect proposal. She was communicative, genuine, and so kind. Our butlers Allyson and Adilene helped us with every request we had, were super attentive and did a great job with recommendations. They make a wonderful team, and we miss them already! Josias and Nicolas at the Impressions rooftop pool were great to have conversations with and you could just tell they loved their jobs. So helpful and so nice! Nicolas and Trinidad at the Impressions Lobby bar are fantastic bartenders, and so quick! We really enjoyed our time getting to know them. Jacob and Sergio at Suki kept our saki full and provided excellent service. Benjamin at Cielo/Impressions rooftop pool is a great server and was always anticipating our needs. Teodoro is definitely worth it if you are staying more than 5 nights. Beware of the people who go up to the impressions rooftop pool at 6am to lay one book down on a Bali bed to “claim” it. We definitely moved a couple peoples books, as it’s first come first serve. Overall it was such an amazing experience! The room was beautiful and the trip was unforgettable. We are even looking to get married there! Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our trip exquisite.

Stunning
This was the best resort I have ever stayed at. The staff were perfect and went out of their way to help you. The entire property was flawless. I would go back right now if I could. My entire group was thrilled!

Unique pools, excellent food, great service!
I was in Mexico for a month this past March/April 2023 (We started at Secrets Akumal & Maroma). We've stayed at both Maroma & Akumal before; this was our first time at Moxché. First impression was "wow" - nice lobby, very hotel inspired and great view of the main pool and ocean. Our room was standard garden view, but you could see the ocean in the distance. It was really hot the week were were there, so we didn't use the balcony. AC worked fine, room very clean, housekeeping was consistent. My only complaint was mini bar service. All I wanted was bottled water. I had to call down every day to get it delivered...no big deal, but I noticed they limit the bottles. I guess trying to cut back on plastic. As other's have stated the bathroom lighting is very dim...not great for applying make-up. Every restaurant we went to was excellent - service and food. We loved Embers and the Mexican. The beach was hit & miss for seaweed. It's not a great walking beach - very limited in both directions. It doesn't look good for swimming - we didn't go in. We used the pools. Tried three different pools. Enjoyed them all for different reasons. Our favourite was the lagoon beach pool. Are we going back - yes, we re-booked for January 2024. Don't miss the Road to Mexico on Tuesday nights. It is a really nice set up on the beach, serving specialities from around the different districts of Mexico. Very well done with music & entertainment.

Beautiful resort, still working out the kinks
With this being a new resort, the staff is still working out some kinks. The food and restaurants were amazing! Great selection and great service. The overall customer service really needs improvement. I have never seen so many of the staff members over promise and underdeliver. Don’t fall victim to the sales pitch at the beginning to sign up for a Hyatt account, just do it on your own, IT’S FREE and be very firm to tell the VIP services person a stern no! Pools were amazing and there are so many that nothing feels crowded. Great overall resort, but please improve customer service.

5 star staff experience
Resort was absolutely amazing. Make sure you don’t miss Gonzalo’s water aerobics class. He’s the best! Best part about this resort was the staff by far. We already have plans to return later this year!
