First, last, and only time here!!!
First last, and only time we will ever come to this place. It is advertised as a relaxing, secluded adults only all inclusive, and it is anything but relaxing and secluded. This place reeks of a spring break party atmosphere with constant, constant noise and ridiculously loud music at all hours of day and night. They have those stupid, typical entertainers that you see at spring break joints, running around, blowing whistles and yelling, and getting people partying hard as they can. and you have never seen so many drunk people walking around stumbling over themselves, and just making a mockery of the “adults only” claim. The number of people that behave like an 18-year-old spring break her here (despite the great disclaimer across the front of the website, saying that they do not allow this type of behavior) is unreal. My husband and I are upper middle aged adults that came to relax, unwind, read in peace by the pool, cool off in a nice quiet pool versus the reality of this place where people were splashing and screaming and cussing and falling over drunk. The other thing that we couldn’t believe was how rude and put out some of the staff were when you asked any of them for some of the most basic necessities. We are very conscious that the staff has a hard job, so we are always very polite and when interacting with them. When we checked into our room, the first night, we had exactly 2 towels, and that was it. We had no face towels, no wash cloths, etc. We approached one of the cleaning ladies in the hallway and asked her politely if we could have a few more towels and some wash clothes, and she very rudely basically through two towels at us and a washcloth, and when I asked for a few more wash clothes and 2 two more towels, she actually rolled her eyes and sighed at us. And this is just an example of one of the most basic interactions that we had had, and a classic example for one out of every two times how rude the staff was. If you’re looking to forget the “adults only“ classification and party your butt off and get drunk like you’re an 18 year old on spring break, then this place is for you; however, if you’re a mature adult that was coming just to relax and enjoy alcohol in a moderate amount and do simple things such as reading by the pool, this place is not for you. We typically go to the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, and thought we would try somewhere new just for a change, and trust me, it was not the change we wanted. It’ll be the Pacifica only going forward.

Honeymoon
We vacationed here for our Honeymoon. Our only complaint was that the buffet often smelled like sewage. All the restaurants were amazing. Our favorites were Avacado, the steakhouse and Sophia the Italian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and very prompt with any requests. Overall we were very pleased with our trip.

Great All inclusive Adults Only
This is a great all inclusive resort. The rooms are modern spacious and kept well clean. There resort is always kept clean. The buffet is OK. The specialty restaurants were pretty good. The steakhouse was great. They have 4 swimming pools. They have great entertainment in the evenings with live music and performances. They have great views of Lands End and tons of places to lounge on the beach and by the pool. If you have a chance make sure you go see Victor at the swim up bar

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY
We will absolutely be back to RIU Palace Baja, The food was amazing, especially the breakfast. My favorite part of the room was the tub in the middle of the room absolutely beautiful. There were representatives on the property that offered different excursions, tours, and other things to do in Cabo. I was able to schedule a mini photo session for my husband and I with a photographer at the resort. Last but not least, Mrs., Dulce was the greatest at the front desk. She made sure we had everything we needed, she shared details about the resort as well as off the resort,
