    Phenomenal large resort experience

I was pleasantly surprised by this amazing property. It boasts incredible views of the water, a decent surf break, a lovely trail, 3 large pools, one being an adult only, another being a sea water lagoon, live nightly entertainment, a couple door options, and a ton more. I’m definitely coming back.

    Lovely resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The grounds and pools are great. The beach is beautiful to watch the crashing waves (you cannot swim there). Lovely walking path and we always found chairs and it didn’t seem over crowded. Not too far from Poipu and good restaurants (try food trucks too). Tidepools looked lovely although we didn’t eat there. Live music nightly.

Last Minute Reservation That Exceeded Our Expectations

Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. The hotel is geared toward both families and couples. The staff were always extremely attentive and helpful. The grounds were kept immaculate. With a 17 yr daughter loved that she was able to go in the adult pools. The salt water lagoon with the sand beach was awesome. Food was good, their luau was a lot of fun, and overall we had a great time. This was our family's first time staying at a Hyatt and definitely won't be our last.
