Uziel was a good waiter in the bamboo restaurant. He knows Spanish and enough very well and can accommodate to anyone’s needs. If you cannot find something on the menu he will try to help and accommodate you.

Grand time at Grand Palladium
Well what can I say about our stay, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had a grand time, the food was grand, the room was grand, the services was very grand.. The staff were grand and very accommodating in every department, they always had a smile, very friendly, and always said hello. The choice of food on offer was very good, something for every taste, the only downside was the bacon, over cooked and salty. plenty to drink, soft and alcoholic. we spent much of our time in the infinity pool, adults only was a bonus, although some guests over did the alcohol at times, and became a bit loud, the activities on the beach was grand, I did kayaking and went out on the catamaran. the only downside was the hills and stairs could be a bit much at times. On the whole we had a GRAND vacation at the Grand Grand Palladium, well done to all the staff who made our vacation GRAND

There is friendly comfy place with a lot of delicious Mexican food and local atmosphere. We recommend this resort to everyone specially families with kid they would love this vacation for sure Grasias

This is my second trip to Grand Palladium PV. My first trip was 2019. We loved it so much we joined as travel members. Second time coming here I liked it even more! This place is small, simple, peaceful, and old school vibes. And the service was 5/5! The buffet was great. The service was quick. Al pastor tacos, hard shell tacos, and the corn flour tacos was euthentic and delicious. Fresh berries and exotic fruits were my go to. The buffet has something for everyone. I prefer the buffet Vs the restaurant esp with my 5 year old son who wanted to eat quickly and head to the kids and evening shows. My favourite part was the beach. Better than Hawaii! Surfers to your left, boogie boarding in the middle and lagoon to the right. All day long pelicans diving down, One bad thing I didn’t like it the pool food. It was 3/5 but got kinda bored by the 4th day. But if you’re not a complainer and you’re easy going it’s fine! If you have a problem then join the lunch buffet. The beach was too beautiful and peaceful to leave. Another thing was child care! They were awesome! Warm and welcoming! Bartenders were awsome and the palladium lounge. I also liked my pillow. It was so comfortable! We had a couple massage Marcellus! I can’t wait to go back next year to a simple, complete, all inclusive resort.

Buena experiencia
We loved Ramona’s service and guacamole, she was always checking up on us. Bernardo made his amazing drink and was very nice when coming up to the 18+ bar. El Capitán David was very gracias and attentive. We appreciate the service from everyone at Portofino because we felt welcomed, Thank you. Muchas gracias
