Jun 03, 2023Beautiful resort, still working out the kinks
With this being a new resort, the staff is still working out some kinks. The food and restaurants were amazing! Great selection and great service. The overall customer service really needs improvement. I have never seen so many of the staff members over promise and underdeliver. Don’t fall victim to the sales pitch at the beginning to sign up for a Hyatt account, just do it on your own, IT’S FREE and be very firm to tell the VIP services person a stern no! Pools were amazing and there are so many that nothing feels crowded. Great overall resort, but please improve customer service.

Resort was absolutely amazing. Make sure you don’t miss Gonzalo’s water aerobics class. He’s the best! Best part about this resort was the staff by far. We already have plans to return later this year!

Beyond Excellent
This resort is a 10/10. Sometimes I think about the main reason I would go back and weirdly enough it is the FOOD. Every. Single. Thing. Was. AMAZING! The staff, service, rooms were beyond anything I could have asked for. I have been to many places and I can say this one takes the trophy!! I would go back 3 times a year if I could! We stayed Wednesday- Sunday and I wish it would have been longer. We got to try a lot of the restaurants but Embar was be far the best one. We ate it twice it was so good! The night life there is perfect for it being an adult only resort. I will say two negative things were the lack of shade IN the pool. - not around. But no one comes to stay around the pool.. the other was our fire alarm in the room was right over the bed and has a BRIGHT GREEN light that flashes. CONSTANTLY.. Other than that this resort should be at the top list!!

Best Secrets Resort!
We have stayed at several Secrets resorts and other resorts in the family chain and this was by far the nicest resort. The staff were warm and welcoming. The sheer number of pools made it easy to find either your own corner to relax or enjoy with friends without feeling over crowded.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at
Can not say a bad word about our experience. All the food was amazing. Staff so attentive and kind and couldn’t do more for you. We barley left the resort because why would you when it’s this perfect.
