In a nutshell this place is awesome food is so good and good quality cleanliness in point staff are all A+ and willing to go above and beyond no complaints, the activities are near in case you want to do it. Perfect.

Lovely stay at Secrets the Vine
This was our seventh visit to Cancun but our first to Secrets. We stayed in a honeymoon suite which was fantastic. The food was very good in all restaurants especially the steak restaurant as was breakfast and lunch at Olio was also very nice. The setup here is brilliant and the staff excellent and very friendly. Our floor butlers Abdy and Alberto were great as were the staff round the pools. Erik at the preferred pool was fantastic he was so helpful as was our drinks waiter Daniel however the service we had from Dayna in Olio was absolutely top drawer she was brilliant, we looked forward to breakfast every day just to see her. The only bad point about the hotel was that there wasn’t enough air con in the bars and restaurants which was a real shame but overall a lovely two week stay.

Beautiful
Great place with impeccable service all around! The staff was great. All food was great! Everyone had a great attitude and treated you with smiles every single day! All dinner places were romantic and lovely! Highly recommended

Very nice place with good quality food for an all inclusive. The club upgrades only value is for the better room view on the higher floor. The drink and private areas were not worth anything. The private pool was hotter than a hot tub so not enjoyable. I recommend this resort

Vacation with my family!
Overall this is a good place for an all inclusive experience. Safe place to visit with family and offers plenty of activities. Lot of good restaurants and bars. Offers good choice of foods for both non-veg and veg. Plenty of swimming pools.
