Check In Experience
My vacation to Caesar's began when we landed on Tuesday around noon. I realized that check in was at 4p, but I wanted to see if my room was available early or if they could notify me when it was. I got in line and met with the desk agent. She was very short and sarcastic and replied to my questions with "that's what I said" I found all of this shocking as I have been to Vegas multiple times over the years and stayed in multiple types of properties and had never received this kind of rude service. Long story short, I could not check in early without paying, she would not let me know when my room was ready, and I'd have to come back at 4p. OK done. We stored our luggage with the Luggage Services and the attendant was wonderful (Otto, I think) and went to explore. At 4p I got back in line and had a new desk agent, Chelsea. She was fantastic. Not at all like my first experience a few hours earlier. She was friendly the entire time, answered any questions I had with a smile. She is the reason that this review is 4* and not 1* I would have given it 5* but I felt like the first agent's behavior is unacceptable at a hotel at this caliber and some retraining and education is in order. I have her name and if management would like to reach out I will give them her information, just didn't want to put it on this forum. Please give Chelsea a "Gold Star" from us for her fantastic customer service. That is the way it should be done.

Breathtaking
What a hub of excitement on the Strip. Amazing restaurants, retail shopping and palatial rooms to stay in. The service was faultless and it’s breathtaking to see the enormity of the complex and what it offers. This is definitely the show piece of Vegas.

CJ is great
Came to Vegas with 10 family members and it started off on the right foot when CJ provided excellent customer service in the Diamond check in counter. Friendly, helpful and just overall very positive. Put us in a good mood. We all had a lot of fun and can’t wait to come back to Caesars.

If you’re a mobility impaired guest you will be frustrated while visiting this property.
I didn’t stay at this resort I only went to see a show and have dinner. Being a mobility impaired person o rely on a scooter or wheelchair to get around. I’m used to dealing with inconveniences when I comes to traveling. Most places are pretty accessible but Cesar’s rates a 2 on a scale of 1-10. While attempting to transverse the property is was constantly confronted with manual doors, steps and narrow hallways. As soon as I parked in the self parking garage, I had to maneuver through 2 sets of manual doors. The was a vestibule with maybe 4 feet between door. I had struggle to get in. On the way out my leg got caught between the door and my scooter. I have a nice gash on my knee and have been sore since the incident. Another obstacle are the steps. They’re everywhere. Most places have a wheelchair ramp or lift nearby but at Cesar’s, you have to go around the entire casino to get a narrow hallway with a ramp. At another set of stairs there a sign that directs wheelchair uses to a “closet” with a lift. Of course the door is not automatic and you have to pull it open and hold while going into the small closet. Once inside there’s a phone to call for help but no answered it. The lift itself is not flush with floor and you have to try to get your scooter up a 1-2” lip. Even getting around outside of the building is an adventure. The elevator to cross Las Vegas Blvd was out of service and most of the sidewalks around the property were impassable due to construction. To get out to LVB, I had to go down the driveway along with cars. How this facility meets ADA standards is beyond me. Overall, if you’re mobility impaired this is not the property for you.

Great weekend at Adele
Kiana at check in started our weekend off with 5 star service. When we had a burned out light bulb - engineering responded quickly. The pools were great. Most of all Adele was Amazing. We never left the Palace.
